TELEHEALTH SESSIONS

With a MA in Counseling Psychology and trained by the some of the best in the field, Daniel is a psychotherapist at several CBHC mental health clinics in MA.  He has a unique approach to mental health and healing; he uses effective, clinically proven modalities, specializing in trauma resolution psychotherapy using principles of IFS, ACT, HNLP and Motivational Interviewing to treat anxiety, depression, and addictions as well as working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Schizoaffective Disorders,  Bipolar Disorders and more.

Clients are often treated with (in home) Brainspotting, Rogerian Therapy, DBT/ACT, and begin using binaural beats and diaphragmatic breathing and EFT tapping daily, between sessions.   In time, clients learn to be "with" their traumas rather than "in" them as they work with their personality "parts" and integrate their memories.  This integration is essential for healing in most mental health disorders, (particularly addiction) stemming from trauma. 

Due to the nature of trauma symptomogy, he will often arrange with clients for  in-home therapy (and longer term stays in the case of addiction) and mix these in-home visits with distanced, telehealth sessions.
